We purchased a larger home in Chestermere from UIFH in January of this year. We are very happy with the product and workmanship, it is a beautiful home. From our perspective Moe and Fatima are excellent builders, they are very hands on and very responsive. The trades/subs they used were very skilled. Post-closing they have been very responsive to any touch ups or minor fixes, often with same day responses, and they have approached us already for a one year review/final inspection and any repairs. We enjoyed working with them very much. We didn’t know them prior to the build, but count them as friends now. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others, and have done so.

We cannot express enough our gratitude to Urban Indigo for the amazing job they did building our dream home. They were extremely helpful on the front end planning phase and took our plans and scoping budget to a finalized cost estimate and building permit using their experience to optimize and make some invaluable changes to our design. Throughout the building phase we were updated daily with progress reports, scheduled accordingly to make our selections to keep the build on track and advised on decisions with a focus to keep our costs in check. They worked around our busy schedule including meeting during evenings and weekends and were always available for a call. We were able to meet most of their trades on site and all were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. A custom one off build comes with many unforeseen challenges and we were guided through these in an informative and a cost effective way as they were encountered, making us understand and feel comfortable with the solutions. We made a number of last minute on the fly changes during our build and all were handled with a smile and in a way that minimized costs despite some major upgrades. In the end we had a 5400sqft custom home built in under a year and under budget. Two months prior to starting we had twin girls. Urban Indigo took the stress off building and allowed us to focus on our new family during this normally stressful, time consuming project. I truly believe Moe and Fatima see their clients as friends and we couldn't be happier with their work. Thank you again, we look forward to the next one down the road!

My husband, Bernie, and I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse, Moe and Fatima as builders. We purchased our Urban Indigo home in Kinniburgh, Chestermere 2.5 yrs ago. We purchased at the point of drywall install but immediately fell in love with the floor plan. Having planned to significantly downsize from lie on an acreage, our house was larger than we planned on moving to, but we realized that the quality of the home and location at the time represented a smart investment. We instinctively liked and were immediately impressed with Moe, his professionalism, straightforward dealing and flexibility to meet and show his work. Having viewed two other Urban Indigo homes prior to signing, Bernie and I were impressed with the quality of the construction, the attention to detail and Fatima’s choices and great taste for the finishes, detail and unique fixtures, such as the taps. Subsequent to moving in, a finishing carpenter friend of ours visited us and similarly remarked on the fine quality finish of the end product. Within a year or so, we noticed the typically expected one or two nail pops for which Moe immediately sent his drywall technician to remedy. No hesitations. We have become friends with other Urban Indigo home owners who I can say hold Moe and Fatima in equally high regard and who love their homes and speak of their work similarly. We are fortunate to count Moe and Fatima as both dear friends and neighbours… a friendship that was borne out of mutual respect and appreciation of their work and business ethic.

When I first walked into the Urban Indigo Homes spec house in Chestermere, I instantly knew it was going to be our next home. There was so much attention to detail and little 'extras' that set it apart from other places. I was blown away by the interior and exterior design features, including it's striking curb appeal, coffered ceilings, modern two-tone cabinetry, stunning quartz, unique lighting and faucets, and artistic carpentry finishings. I fell in love with the open and functional design. Since moving in, the builders (Moe and Fatima) have been fabulous. As a single mom, they've gone above and beyond to help me fix or maintain little things along the way to make sure I am always satisfied with my purchase. My son and I will live in and love this house for years to come.
